Ordering Cosmetics

HOW TO ORDER


1. Send us an email at ask.asianstuff@gmail.com with the subject: Cosmetics Order


2. Please specify the following:

Brand:
Product Name:
Shade (for BB Cream)/Colour Code (for colour cosmetics):
Quantity:
Delivery method: Post or COD. If COD, please state your preferred location
Full Name:
Postal Address:
Contact Number:

3. Once we receive your email, we will reply within 24 hours to confirm your order.

4. That's it!



HOW TO PAY


1. We only accept bank transfers as a method of payment. Our bank account details will be emailed to you after you have made your order.

2. Payment must be made within 3 DAYS after receiving our confirmation of order email.

3. Please notify us through email once you have made your payment.
Include details such as time, date, amount, bank account number, name of account holder and reference/receipt number. Remember this must be done 3 days after receiving our confirmation of order email. Sometimes, the banks can take a few days to transfer money to and from different accounts. So if you do not tell us, we will not know whether you have paid or not, which may lead us to cancel your order.

4. If we do not receive your email notifying us that you have paid within 3 days of issuing our confirmation of order email, we will cancel your order.

5. If we do not receive payment within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of payment, we will email you to let you know that we are canceling your order.

4. Once we have received your payment, we will send you another email confirming that the payment has been received.

5. Now, all you have to do is sit back and wait! We will announce on the website as well as email you when your products arrive.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. All prices do not include postage. COD service is only available within Melbourne.

2. Your products will take about 14-21 days to reach you after we place our order with our supplier. The reason we are able to offer such low prices to you is because we do our orders in bulk, so naturally the waiting period will be a little longer. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait.

3. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

4. My Asian Stuff will not be responsible for any losses or damage that occur during postage. We will handle your goods with the utmost care, but if the international postage service or Australia Post damages your goods, we cannot be held liable. For this reason, if you want to be extra careful, please use Registered Post. Or alternatively, we can arrange for a face to face delivery of your products (COD). Refer to our COD meeting points in the sidebar.
